Josh is an outstanding individual on both a personal and professional level. I sold Josh my recently deceased Mother's home (which had some minor flood damage) for an extremely fair price, one which allowed us to net what we needed while still allowing Josh and his team to anticipate a fair profit. In selling a house needing work, I had been fearful that I would be subjected to a parade of marauding profiteers bent on taking advantage of my situation like is so common. Josh, however, listened and worked hard to reach an agreement that worked. He put his cards on the table. Wow, that was refreshing! It worked out well & was embarrassingly easy. Josh always followed through and kept his word to a fault. He even gave us extra time to clear the house after closing, and other things he didn't really have to. If you're a "distressed seller," I'm confident Josh will work hard to arrive at a fair price, not try to take advantage of you. If he can't, he'll explain why using the real numbers he calculates from his side so you'll understand. I feel Josh's honesty and integrity make him a rare commodity in this very competitive business. He has a reputation for these attributes that was hard-earned and well-deserved. I strongly recommend Josh and urge anyone needing to sell their home under any unique circumstances to give him a try.
